“Previously, we worked with an older data system and not yet in the cloud. If an artwork had to be checked by colleagues, it had to be downloaded first and sent to each other. Quite cumbersome, looking back now! The system simply needed to be renewed,” says Desmond Dijkgraaf, NewForrest brand manager.

“For over a year now, we at NewForrest have been working satisfactorily with Artwork Connect (AWC). It has been developed according to the latest standards, with an eye for safety, speed and flexibility. Our wishes were carefully listened to. I had regular discussions with the AWC team about the setup and progress of the system. '

'The transition from the previous system to Artwork Connect was actually very smooth. The project team helped collect the data. I checked these and added information. Together, we made sure that everything was in the right place. As users, we have had training, but in fact, everything in the system is self-explanatory. '

'The nice thing about AWC is that you can add your own organization to the system, so you can complete things faster. My focus is mainly on our Kwekkeboom Oven & Airfryer and Buitenhuis brands. The colleagues know where to find me if they want to know something about packaging. '

“Because we are now working in the cloud, all relevant parties in the logistics process now have access to the artwork. From specification and quality management, to the copywriter, the advertising agency, the lithographer and the printer. Within the system, we can assign tasks to each other. I am now in the lead when it comes to the data myself and can also decide who I work with. '
